Ingham & Yorke has extensive experience of engaging with statutory organisations, for example, Local Authorities, gas, water, electricity and rail companies. We act for both landowners and occupiers where access is required and in instances of compulsory purchase and compensation.

We are on hand from the point of initial enquiry, the process of notices being served by the Statutory Authority, right through to the negotiation of appropriate compensation packages and accommodation works.
