Historically, Ingham & Yorke have overseen all manner of rural property sales from large Estate disposals through to the sale of farms and large residential houses. We are experiencing a recent increase in sales of rural land and property, residential and development sites and business properties.

“We successfully regained possession of an agricultural unit that had previously been held under an Agricultural Holding Act (AHA) tenancy, in so doing dealing with some complex end of tenancy matters. Following this, we took the necessary steps to re-let the holding under a Farm Business Tenancy (FBT) optimising the rent potential of the farm. Simultaneously, we managed the sale of the residential property, opting for a private treaty sale”
